What makes my story unique?
I’ve been exactly where you are–wanting to feel your best and optimize your health. My journey started when I was 12, chasing peak performance for basketball. But like so many, I misunderstood what “healthy” really meant. I thought it was just about eating less and working out more. That mindset led me down a tough road.
As a teenager, I struggled with both anorexia and binge eating disorder. What felt like a desire to be “healthy” turned into an exhausting cycle of extremes. But those challenges became the
foundation of something incredible–my passion for helping others build a truly healthy, balanced, and sustainable lifestyle.
I’ve done the work to transform my own life–from rigid rules and food fear to a place of strength, freedom, and balance. I stay active with things I love, challenge myself, and prioritize self-care and fun as essential parts of wellness.
And now, I want to help you do the same.
